QuickMMJ facilitates online consultations between patients seeking Medical Marijuana Certifications or Renewals and state-licensed healthcare providers. Services are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To use our services, you must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Be a legal resident of a state where medical marijuana evaluations are authorized and available.
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have valid legal parent/guardian consent where permitted by state medical cannabis laws.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete personal details and medical history.
  • Upload valid state-issued identification or proof of residency as required by law.

3. Doctor Evaluations & Recommendations

Consultations are performed by independent, state-licensed medical practitioners. Please note:

  • The decision to approve or issue a Medical Marijuana recommendation rests entirely on the independent medical judgment of the evaluating doctor.
  • Using QuickMMJ or scheduling an appointment does not guarantee approval for a medical cannabis certification.
  • Physicians evaluate patients based on state qualifying condition standards.

4. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

All service fees for medical evaluations are stated clearly during booking. Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of your telehealth appointment. Refund guidelines apply in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee policies if a patient is deemed ineligible by the evaluating physician.

5. Patient Confidentiality & HIPAA

We take patient privacy with utmost seriousness. All medical records, consultation notes, and health information are handled in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

6. Compliance with State and Federal Cannabis Laws

While medical cannabis is legal under regulated state programs across many U.S. states, it remains regulated under federal guidelines. Patients are solely responsible for understanding and abiding by all applicable state and local laws regarding medical cannabis possession, cultivation, and usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickMMJ, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on information provided on the website, consultation outcomes, or compliance with state cannabis registries.
